If you follow me on tumblr you may have seen my post at the beginning of the year about the diet challenges I was kicking 2013 off with. I really enjoyed my detox in January and want to adopt a lot of those eating habits long term - clean eating just makes me feel really good, and my energy levels were amazing.
Today I'm starting my month long venture into the paleo diet. It's my first try of it, so if you have any suggestions/recipes please send them my way! I've been researching what I can and cannot eat, and it looks similar to my detox, however now I will not be eating legumes, grains of any type, or potatoes. It sounds like there is some wiggle room to allow for wine in this one though, so score! If you are interested in seeing what I'm eating during the month, let me know.
