As a person with a wicked sweet tooth, I always find my cravings for sweets can make maintaining a clean diet. During one of said cravings during my recent detox, I saw a post about peanut butter banana sandwiches on tumblr. This became my must snack, and as always I added my own twist.
I sliced one banana, and used Justin's Honey Peanut Butter as the filling. You could easily sub almond butter to make them paleo friendly. Then I topped them off with a dusting of cinnamon (good for maintaining blood sugar) and carob powder (calcium, vitamins, gastro aid). The results were delcicious... and I didn't even have to feel bad!
