First, preheat your oven to 425F. Then assemble and mix well:
- One can of chickpeas (strained and rinsed)
- 1 tsp-ish extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 tsp chipotle pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Then enjoy as needed! They store nice for a few days in an airtight container once cooled.
